Svmuu News The three major A-share indices collectively declined today. As of the market close, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by 3.63%, the Shenzhen Component Index dropped by 3.76%, and the ChiNext Index decreased by 3.49%. The combined trading volume of the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets reached 2.43 trillion yuan, an increase of 144.7 billion yuan compared to the previous trading session. Nearly 5,200 stocks fell across the entire market. In terms of sectors and individual stocks, multiple A-share sectors experienced significant declines today, with gold and non-ferrous metal stocks leading the losses. Stocks such as Chifeng Gold, Sichuan Gold, and Shengda Resources hit the daily limit down. Technology and growth stocks in sectors like PCB, CPO, and semiconductors generally faced pressure. Stocks including Jin'an Guji, Xiehe Electronics, and Guanghe Technology hit the daily limit down, while Cambricon saw its intraday decline exceed 5%, with its share price falling below 1,000 yuan. Additionally, sectors such as tourism, aquaculture, and cultural media suffered heavy losses. On the other hand, benefiting from rising oil prices, the coal, oil and gas exploration, and services sectors showed relative resilience. Stocks like Yunmei Energy, Liaoning Energy, and BOMESC hit the daily limit up. The photovoltaic equipment sector initially surged but later retreated, although Huamin Shares and Chint Power still recorded limit-up gains. (Jin10)
