Svmuu News: He Yi posted on X stating that Binance has officially entered the Philippine market. According to documents he shared, the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission has officially approved BlockShoals Technologies to begin testing financial products and services under its regulatory sandbox framework.BlockShoals will operate as a crypto asset intermediary, allowing Philippine users to access curated products and services through its global crypto asset service provider partners.In the first phase of testing, BlockShoals will complete system integration with local virtual asset service providers within 90 days. It will then begin onboarding users through its global partner, Binance, while complying with relevant safeguards and regulatory requirements.
