Svmuu News: According to ZachXBT’s monitoring, a hacker withdrew approximately 3,200 ETH via Tornado Cash between July 2 and 3. The funds were linked to two private key leaks, subsequently laundered approximately $5.5 million worth of assets across chains via the CCTP cross-chain bridge at Circle, and transferred USDC to seven deposit addresses on the Arbitrum network.
ZachXBT noted that the flow of funds followed a decentralized money-laundering path, utilizing mixing tools and cross-chain infrastructure to make tracking more difficult; the relevant on-chain assets are still in circulation.
