BitTorrent has officially launched a long-term BTT buyback program, under which 100% of revenue from its decentralized business will be used for quarterly buybacks.
Svmuu News: BitTorrent has officially announced that it will fully launch a long-term BTT token buyback program in the third quarter of 2026. Under the plan, 100% of the revenue generated by BitTorrent’s decentralized services will be allocated to BTT token buybacks on a quarterly basis, aiming to inject long-term, stable liquidity support into the token ecosystem. Additionally, after each buyback period is completed, the company will release a detailed on-chain audit report to ensure full transparency regarding fund flows and the entire execution process. The launch of this landmark initiative not only reinforces BTT’s value as the ecosystem’s core asset but also marks the BitTorrent ecosystem’s official entry into a new phase of sustainable development characterized by “revenue-driven growth and value reinvestment.”
