Svmuu News: On July 12, an Iranian military spokesperson stated today (July 12) that the United States should abide by the relevant provisions of the memorandum of understanding. He said that U.S. attempts to open “illegal shipping lanes” in the Strait of Hormuz have exacerbated regional instability. The Iranian Armed Forces will safeguard the relevant rights and interests of the Iranian people in the Strait of Hormuz. The spokesperson also noted that the Iranian Armed Forces’ list of targets is being continuously updated. (CCTV International News)
